Troubleshooting launch issues with BlueSky Statistics v10.x on a Mac


If you see the image below when you launch BlueSky Statistics on a Mac and the application does not launch, the cause of the problem is you have not installed XQuartz.





BlueSky Statistics 10.x GA for Mac, requires you to first install XQuartz. See https://www.xquartz.org/ for download links.


Deleting the application data on Mac


1. Close the BlueSky Statistics application


2. Open up the Finder application on your Mac and click Go>Go to Folder as below



3. Enter the path ~/Library/Application Support/BlueSky Statistics/ as below



4. You will see the screen below



5. Right click on the BlueSky Statistics folder and select Move to trash
