App Install and Launch Issues

I've tried to load bluesky after updating and it keeps getting stuck at "Loading! please wait..." I've made allowances for firewalls, virus protection, live scan, etc. It still gets stuck. It worked before the lasted update for years on my computer.

I've tried to close the windows defender and anti virus, but it still doesn't work. I've also changes existedseconds from 120 to 60 or 90. Please tell me how to slove it……
