Workaround for a known issue where sometimes dialog do not launch when clicked from the menu dropdown, in BlueSky Statistics 10.3.1

Sometimes clicking to launch a dialog that is the first dialog in a dropdown menu does not work.

Follow the steps to work around the issue -

1. Open up another top-level menu drop-down and click on the first dialog

2. Go back to the original menu and click on the top dialog; it should work.

3. Alternately resize your application. Go back to the original menu and click on the top dialog; it should work.
