Known issues with the BlueSky Statistics 10 Beta

1. Opening Excel\CSV files with names that begin with numbers, have spaces or hyphens in the file names or have columns that begin with numbers cause the application to hang
Work around: Please rename your Excel files to remove these offending characters. We will issue a fix in the next 2 weeks or earlier. The BlueSky Statistics 10 hangs, please see ONLY step 1 in the document " Setting the Path to the R executable with BlueSky Statistics 10" to end task the hung application. After performing an end task, you can relaunch the application.

2. We had complaints where the application does not launch correctly and the progress bar remains stuck at 100%
Work around: This happens because the R executable we supply cannot be found in the path. Please follow ALL the steps in the document " Setting the Path to the R executable with BlueSky Statistics 10".

3. We don't supply an installer for 32 bit Windows systems. Drop us a note and if there are several users requesting this, we will consider creating a setup/installer.
